s	stefania on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ zero professionalità... mi aspettavo di meglio onestamente. sono cliente da anni. chiedo un' uscita di un tecnico a fine febbraio per un problema con una tenda e nessuno si fa sentire, dopo diversi solleciti ad inizio aprile mi viene detto "vada da qualcun altro" dopo che richiamo alterata per la mancanza di rispetto.. bene, seguirò il consiglio. a mai più.. pessimi proprio. ti prendono per i fondelli. se si trattano così i clienti storici, andiamo bene eh.. bravi zero professionalism ... honestly I expected better. I have been a customer for years. I ask a technician to leave at the end of February for a problem with a tent and no one makes himself heard, after several reminders at the beginning of April I am told "go to someone else" after that altered call for the lack of respect .. well, I will follow the advice. to never again ... really bad. they take you for a ride. if this is how historical customers are treated, let's go well eh .. good

Nonostante almeno 10 tentativi fatti per richiedere intervento e numerosi appuntamenti fissati ma poi da loro disdetti non siamo riusciti a farli intervenire. Fino a inviare una lettera di messa in mora cui nemmeno hanno risposto. Societa’ molto disorganizzata e inaffidabile!! They installed the curtains in the condominium but these do not work properly (water passes). Despite at least 10 attempts made to request intervention and numerous fixed appointments but then canceled by them we could not get them to intervene. Up to send a letter of formal notice to which they have not even responded. Very disorganized and unreliable company !!

Mi hanno detto che le avrebbero installate il 30 settembre ma hanno disdetto la mattina stessa e, ad oggi, non ho idea di quando verranno. Non rispondono al telefono, né alle email, 2 giorni fa mi avevano detto che mi avrebbero fatto in serata....e pensare che promettevano consegna a fine Agosto!!! If I had read the reviews before I would not have been waiting for over 2 months for my tents (paid 50%). They told me they would install them on September 30th but they canceled that morning and, to date, I have no idea when they will come. They do not answer the phone, nor the emails, two days ago they told me that they would do me in the evening .... and to think that they promised delivery in late August !!!

Ho telefonato più volte e ogni volta mi è stato detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere. Dato che non mi hanno più chiamato, ho continuato a telefonare e non hanno mai più risposto. They gave me an appointment 1 month before the date based on their availability and they never showed up, without even notifying (not seeing them arrive I had to call the morning of the appointment). I phoned several times and each time I was told that they would let me know. Since they never called me again, I kept on phoning and they never answered.

Appuntamenti annullati il giorno stesso oppure posticipati più volte nell'arco della giornata concordata con una nonchalance disarmante... Zero professionalità e zero rispetto per il cliente che resta ore ed ore in casa, in attesa, per poi sentirsi dire all'ultimo "Ci dispiace, abbiamo altri clienti prima di Lei! Se vuole vada da un altro!" Evidentemente l'intervento da noi richiesto (1 mese e mezzo fa) era per loro più una scocciatura che fonte di guadagno.. Della serie : clienti di serie A e di serie B. Vergognoso! Dovreste rimborsare tutte le persone che hanno perso ore di lavoro per la vostra superficialità e disorganizzazione! Da evitare! Bad, to say the least. Zero professionalism and zero respect for the customer who stays at home for hours and hours, waiting, only to be told at the last "Sorry, we have other customers before you! If you want to go to another!" Evidently the intervention we requested (1 month and a half ago) was more of a nuisance for them than a source of income .. From the series: Serie A and Serie B customers. Shameful! You should reimburse all the people who have lost hours of work for your superficiality and disorganization! Avoid!

Grazie alla Sig.ra Francesca, pare che il problema sia in fase di risoluzione. My review from the other day follows.
