Pragmaticità, efficienza (multitasking ai livelli estremi), disponibilità, rispetto e una bella miscela di endorfine/serotonina/dopamina qb passate gratuitamente via etere. Vendono prodotti di qualità certificata e con garanzia. Insieme al servizio reso offrono tantissimo tempo e pazienza. E' un lavoro duro e l'utente medio spesso scatena tanta ira e madonne; tuttavia, la mia frequentazione assidua da oltre un anno mi ha fatto toccare con mano (ultimamente con il gel igienizzante) che la loro soglia di sopportazione dello stress, soprattutto quella del proprietario Gi(ovanni) Ga(rofalo), tecnico appassionato alla trincea lavorativa da quasi 20 anni, è elevatissima.
