Qui siamo al sicuro quando chiediamo un articolo che esca dalla solita routine...sappiamo di poterci fidare di una grande mente informatica che ci studia le ns esigenze e provvede al meglio. Sia per gente come me, che utilizza il pc per scopi privati, che aziende operanti in ambiti e con esigenze di ben diverso spessore , con Davide c'è sempre la certezza di trovare delle risposte adeguate. Il tutto con grande simpatia ed onestà. Consigliabilissimo.
 Great IT professional. Here we are safe when we ask for an article that comes out of the usual routine ... we know we can trust a great computer mind that studies our needs and provides the best. Both for people like me, who use the PC for private purposes, and for companies operating in fields and with needs of very different thickness, with Davide there is always the certainty of finding adequate answers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non racconto l’episodio in Toto perché sarei prolisso e noioso, noi tutti sappiamo come ci sentiamo quando il nostro MacBook Pro decide di fare scherzi.
Ho messo 5 stelle perché di più non c’è ne erano, per quello che mi riguarda dopo aver conosciuto questo Staff non andrò più in Apple a Rozzano dove ero cliente abitudinario.
Hanno effettuato una riparazione a tempo record e identificando realmente problema è non soffermandosi al macro problema che avrebbe portato alla sostituzione del Mac e alla perdita d tutti i miei dati.
In meno di 24 h hanno riparato con un spesa minima e reale e non ho perso neanche un micro file.

I don't tell the episode in Toto because I would be long-winded and boring, we all know how we feel when our MacBook Pro decides to make jokes.
I put 5 stars because there were no more, for what concerns me after meeting this Staff I will not go to Apple in Rozzano where I was a regular customer.
They carried out a repair in record time and identifying problem really is not focusing on macro problem that would lead to the replacement of the Mac and the loss of all my data.
In less than 24 h they have repaired with a minimum and real expense and I haven't lost a micro file either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Da anni avevo installato il sistema operativo Ubuntu sul mio portatile (trovandomi sempre bene) ma, dopo essermi iscritto ad un corso d'informatica la cui piattaforma prevedeva l'utilizzo esclusivo del sistema operativo Windows, mi sono trovato di fronte ad una gran brutta gatta da pelare: ogni volta che provavo ad installare il nuovo sistema operativo, Ubuntu impediva letteralmente alla chiavetta USB che conteneva Windows di partire con l'installazione. Dopo aver inutilmente tentato di tutto (sono entrato nel BIOS, ho provato ad eliminare le due partizioni di Ubuntu con Gparted, ho pregato il dio protettore dei fedeli di Linux, ecc. ecc.) ho dato un'occhiata su Google ai negozi nei dintorni che offrivano assistenza informatica e, dopo aver visto che il negozio "D. and G. Informatica" aveva ottenuto delle buone recensioni, ho preso in mano il mio vecchio portatile e l'ho portato al numero 232 di Via Padova. Sono rimasto totalmente soddisfatto del servizio ricevuto, non solo per il fatto che il mio problema è stato risolto nel giro di un giorno e mezzo, ma anche per la cortesia e la gentilezza del proprietario che mi ha spiegato passo per passo il lavoro che avrebbe dovuto fare per permettere al mio Toshiba di poter "affrontare" il corso senza problemi. Ora il mio vecchio portatile non solo ha Windows, ma funziona decisamente meglio di prima: l'unico voto che potevo mettere era 5 stelle :)
For years I had installed the Ubuntu operating system on my laptop (always finding myself well) but, after enrolling in a computer course whose platform provided for the exclusive use of the Windows operating system, I found myself facing a very bad cat to be peeled: every time I tried to install the new operating system, Ubuntu literally prevented the USB stick that contained Windows from starting with the installation. After unsuccessfully trying everything (I entered the BIOS, tried to delete the two partitions of Ubuntu with Gparted, I prayed to the god of protection of the faithful of Linux, etc. etc.). I looked on Google at the shops nearby that offered IT assistance and, after seeing that the "D. and G. Informatica" shop had obtained good reviews, I picked up my old laptop and took it to the number 232 of Via Padova. I was totally satisfied with the service received, not only for the fact that my problem was resolved within a day and a half, but also for the courtesy and kindness of the owner who explained to me step by step the work that should have been done do to allow my Toshiba to be able to "face" the course without problems. Now my old laptop not only has Windows, but it works much better than before: the only rating I could put was 5 stars :)

Ha saputo rimediare alle dimenticanze e ai pasticci di noi vecchietti, Ha fatto coccole al nostro cane cosi da guadagnarsi la sua fiducia. Ha addirittura telefonato a Londra per recuperare dati.Evviva Davide,che ne fossero persone cosi !!!
Mr. Davide was very professional but also very nice and patient. He has been able to remedy the forgetfulness and mess of us old men, He has cuddled our dog so as to gain his trust. He even phoned London to retrieve data. Come on Davide, that they were such people !!!

Recentemente per un problema con facebook di una familiare disabile ci hanno dato u grande aiuto per accedere di nuovo all'account che avevano tentato di hackerare. Hanno risolto il problema in pochissimo tempo, con grande onestà e serietà. Assolutamente consiglio questa azienda a tutti.
The seriousness of D. and G. Informatica is real and tangible and I have experienced it positively. They are serious, honest, punctual and precise professionals. Recently, due to a problem with facebook of a disabled family member, they gave us great help to log back into the account they had tried to hack. They solved the problem in a very short time, with great honesty and seriousness. I absolutely recommend this company to everyone.
