Ora la terrazza ha anche sedie e tavolini e una bella vista sul distretto affari e il quartiere Isola. Offre spazi per coworking e i piani sono affittati ad aziende e startup tech e fintech. Il luogo ricorda un po' l'approccio silicon valley ma in salsa italiana.
The renovation of the old building has created a spectacular new modern structure with a bar restaurant at the entrance, a mezzanine lounge, four elevators for 13 floors and a terrace with outdoor parquet flooring and the last roof bar.
Now the terrace also has chairs and tables and a nice view of the business district and the Isola district. It offers spaces for coworking and the plans are leased to tech and fintech startups and companies. The place is somewhat reminiscent of the silicon valley approach but in Italian sauce.
