★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oliver James helped me land a position in a prestigious company.
However, half the effort to get the interviews came from me. They made the first contact through LinkedIn and we had a talk, then they told me they would answer for yes/no and that didn't happen; I had to ping them several times to have an update, which they didn't have and I gave up.
Eventually I received THE SAME offer on LinkedIn from THE SAME PERSON at Oliver James; a generic message, they didn't even realize they had already contacted me for that position. At that point I wrote again my Oliver James's contact to ask for the process' status. It turned out they had rejected me but never informed me. I complained about the reasons of the rejection (because they had clearly made a mistake saying I wasn't a technical person when I'm actually a software engineer) and then the process went smoothly with the company and I got an offer.
I think they were a little disorganized during the process and that's why I'm giving a 3, although I'm grateful with them for my new job.
