★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho iniziato a lavorare con questa "favolosa" agenzia con gente "stupenda" ad ottobre del 2017. A dicembre mi rinnovano il contratto sbagliando anche la data di scadenza. Dopo gennaio ho lavorato un giorno ad Aprile e l'ultima volta la prima settimana di luglio. Nonostante ad agosto ho inviato l'email specificando le date in cui non sarei stata disponibile, hanno iniziato a inviarmi i messaggi in quel periodo per poi non chiamarmi più. Era un giovedì di settembre 2018 e mi sono avviata per annullare il contratto e questa "carinissima" signorina è uscita fuori dicendomi che il mio contratto è scaduto da tempo e che sono libera senza presentarmi un foglio o un documento che confermasse la scadenza. Allora a prescindere che non avvisano quando un contratto è stato rinnovato e quando invece è scaduto. Poi se il mio contratto era scaduto non mi mandavate i messaggi di reperibilità il giorno dopo. Primo come meglio potete prendere per il sedere la gente che ha veramente bisogno di lavorare e secondo tiratevela di meno che non siete nessuno. Ultima cosa non è vero che di sabato e domenica sono chiusi, almeno solo la struttura è chiusa per il resto continuano a chiamare anche se non si dà disponibilità nel week end. Continuate così mi raccomando.
 I started working with this "fabulous" agency with "wonderful" people in October 2017. In December they renew my contract and even the expiration date wrong. After January I worked one day in April and the last time the first week of July. Although I sent the email in August specifying the dates when I would not be available, they started sending me messages in that period and then they didn't call me anymore. It was a Thursday in September 2018 and I started to cancel the contract and this "cute" young lady came out telling me that my contract has long since expired and that I am free without presenting me a sheet or document confirming the deadline. So regardless that they do not notify when a contract has been renewed and when it has expired. Then if my contract had expired you would not send me the on-call messages the next day. First as best you can take people who really need to work by the backside and secondly, pull it off less than you are nobody. Last thing is not true that on Saturday and Sunday they are closed, at least only the structure is closed for the rest they continue to call even if there is no availability on the weekend. Keep it up I recommend.

Non è concepibile che delle persone lavorino in questo modo, la peggior agenzia con cui io abbia mai avuto a che fare, il numero non esiste, se devi parlare con qualcuno puoi chiamare la tua referente ma non risponde mai e se ne frega. Mi dicono di mandargli le offerte a cui sono interessata dopo che non mi hanno selezionata x un colloquio, mi ignorano completamente. Non ho parole. Me ne avevano già parlato malissimo ma non mi sono fidata, a questo punto sarebbe stato meglio.
Zero seriousness right away. It is not conceivable that some people work in this way, the worst agency I have ever had to deal with, the number does not exist, if you have to talk to someone you can call your referent but never answers and cares. They tell me to send him the offers I'm interested in after they have not selected me for an interview, they completely ignore me. I have no words. I had already talked about it badly but I did not trust, at this point it would have been better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ti dicono una cosa e poi é totalmente un'altra! Mi avevano proposto un lavoro e dopo aver accettato, mi sono ritrovata dopo 3 settimane che aspettavo l'inizio del lavoro a dover scegliere in una chiamata di 5 minuti se accettare o meno, oltretutto poi, orari totalmente diversi da quelli concordati al telefono, meglio stare alla larga!
They tell you one thing and then it's totally another! I was offered a job and after accepting it, I found myself after 3 weeks waiting for the start of work to have to choose in a 5 minute call whether or not to accept, moreover, totally different schedules than those agreed on the phone, better stay away!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nel 2018 ho lavorato tanto con contratti di un giorno (le domeniche e i festivi) grazie all'ufficio di Gi Group di Via Filzi a Milano. Non posso lamentarmi. Successivamte ho trovato un lavoro a tempo indeterminato, credo anche grazie all'esperienza che ho fatto con gi group, e che ho potuto mettere nel mio CV...... È un peccato che ora tanti testimonino esperienze negative. Probabilmente, gi group, deve rivedere alcune cose riguardo la formazione del personale interno preposto alle relazioni col pubblico. Perché a quanto pare , dalle recensioni, sta emergendo questo aspetto.
In 2018 I worked a lot with one-day contracts (Sundays and holidays) thanks to the Gi Group office in Via Filzi in Milan. I can not complain. Subsequently I found a permanent job, I think also thanks to the experience I had with gi group, and that I was able to put in my CV ...... It is a pity that now so many testify negative experiences. Probably, gi group, has to review some things regarding the training of internal staff in charge of relations with the public. Because apparently, from the reviews, this aspect is emerging.

The contact person who took care of my selection was very kind and helpful, and always answered my numerous phone calls on time. Nothing to complain.

Telefonate fatte,dove la risposta era sempre che il referente era occupato.
Ma una persona come deve fare per avere un minimo di considerazione???
Candidate many times to offers where my profile was suitable and always rejected.
