★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice place. My wife and I went there for an early dinner. Unlike many other restaurants in Milan that are closed between 2 and 7pm, Alla Cadrega stays open. This means however, that for an early dinner everything can be ordered on the menu except pizza and some of the appetizers. We had frutti di mare and stuffed ravioli, stuffed pumpkin flowers as appetizer. Everything top quality. Owner also very polite and in very good spirits. Highly recommendable!

The stuff are friendly, I highly recommend it.
Try the traditional Milanese Ossobuco, Cotoletta and Mondeghili, and never go out with out ending with tiramisu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service and great food! The menu has quite a wide selection of pasta and pizza - perfect for lunch. I ordered the ravioli, which was served with fresh mozzarella and a basil leaf - delicious! Bread was complimentary, which was a nice surprise. Also ordered broccoli and potatoes.
