Great food, impeccable service, very interesting wine list

Spectacular - this is the word which summarises my dinner last night at the Ristorante Berton. The venue itself it a wonderfully warm, welcoming setting with mellow colours and tonalities soothing the eye when one steps into the restaurant. The choice of furniture and beautifully composed details create a marvellously 'quiet' yet elegant interior lined with very comfortable furniture and nicely laid out tables well-spread throughout the large spaces , each table set in its own subtly-framed space. The staff are clearly carefully selected and trained down to every detail. Beyond the manners and courtesies to be expected, each and every one of them displayed great sensibility for timing and a wonderul meausre for just the right convwrsation when looking after us without ever being too overbearing (something which personally can put me off enjoyinf the entire experienxe at such reataurabts) and when explaining the narratives behind each dish - the staff truly made us feel at home, looked after and at our ease throughout. The food? Delicious, as one would hope, I can confirm each morsel, from the home made grissini, crackers and brrads, to thr entrés, the sallad, the main and the desserts - eaxh was an explosion of wonderfully assembled flavours and textures. I loved how each meal maintained the flavour of the genuine ingredients jjst perfectly combined with the surprise of herbs, fruit and spices without ever overpowering the flavour of the main ingredients. I must also note how wonderful thoughtful the food was put together, making it so easy to be eaten effortlessly, without those potentially awkward moments one can encounter when attempting to eat beautiful compositions of food. Here it was instead very thoughtfully crafted in perfect portions, sizes and with every shell, crust and creamy detail perfectly composed to be easily picked up and enjoyed, effortlessly. Beyond the wonderful explosiojs of tastes and textures, diner itself truly felt like being in a setting of Alice and Wonderland, helplessly awing, gasping and giggling in delight with every single plate laid infornt of us. The colours and shapes were just beautiful, elegant and with a load of hunour too. A truly remarkable experience dining at this restaurant, delicious, relaxing ans memorable. It felt like walking out from a fairy-tale boutique theater. Thank you.

We went 3 friends at night time and took the full tasting menu, it was delicious with so many dishes

Went there two years ago, before COVID. Always remember the risotto with shrimp and the steam fish I had ???

Pretentious posh restaurant with unique presentation of dishes. Modern and quiet place. Small portions and a bit weird taste. Me and our friends agree that the best dish was desert. And we were hungry after the dinner. I’ve been to the better Michelin star restaurants than this one.

It was our 53rd Michelin star restaurant during past 5 years. We were pleased as we sat next to the chef’s table and were able to watch the kitchen work. The tasting menu is truly creative, modern, where traditions meets modernity. The recurring broth ingredient in the menu dishes was a bit to much and it was oversalted in some places. But the presentation, food plating was awesome! The service will be remembered for its professionalism, precision and competence.
