★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ricordo il luglio 2013 quando avevo appena iniziato le lezioni individuali con Anca, forse ne avevo fatte due o tre...mi trovavo a Roma per lavoro e camminavo per la città rilassato e guardavo le vetrine .. a un certo punto ho visto il mio riflesso e non ci credevo ....ero dritto ! Mi vedevo e mi sentivo più dritto nelle spalle e schiena ed era una sensazione nuova !
Ho mandato un sms ad Anca dichiarandole tutto il mio stupore!
Da allora ho fatto pilates una volta la settimana con estrema regolarità ed è diventato un appuntamento irrininciabile !!
I remember the July 2013 when I had just started individual lessons with Anca, maybe I had done two or three ... I was in Rome for work and I walked around the city relaxed and I looked at the windows .. at a certain point I saw my reflected and did not believe it .... I was straight! I saw myself and felt more straight in my shoulders and back and it was a new sensation!
I texted Anca declaring all my amazement!
Since then I have been doing pilates once a week with extreme regularity and it has become an unrepeatable appointment !!
