★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Praticavo Pilates da un paio di anni ma i progressi che ho ottenuto da quando frequento questo centro sono davvero incredibili. Ogni lezione è sempre diversa e studiata nei minimi dettagli. Ho acquisito grande consapevolezza del mio corpo e questo rende ogni esercizio ancora più profondo ed intenso. E poi l'ambiente è unico come la responsabile Sara una persona eccezionale !
 I had been practicing Pilates for a couple of years but the progress I have made since I attended this center is truly incredible. Each lesson is always different and studied in detail. I gained great awareness of my body and this makes every exercise even more profound and intense. And then the environment is as unique as the manager Sara is an exceptional person!

On the advice of my physiatrist I started doing Pilates lessons here targeted for a shoulder problem. In a short time I already feel improvement in mobility and strength recovery. Really excellent professionals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bellissimo Studio Pilates, molto elegante ed accogliente, con insegnanti esperti e certificati. Lavorano solo su appuntamento, con ampia disponibilità oraria, max 4 allievi a lezione, per cui non è mai affollato e si lavora bene sotto il controllo vigile dell'insegnante. Una vera chicca!
Beautiful Pilates Studio, very elegant and welcoming, with experienced and certified teachers. They work by appointment only, with ample hourly availability, max 4 students per lesson, so it is never crowded and you work well under the watchful control of the teacher. A real treat!

Hanno saputo organizzare delle classi di piccoli gruppi omogenei e lezioni mirate alle nostre esigenze. Insegnanti bravissimi e professionali anche a distanza. In this long period of quarantine we missed our studio lessons, but we discovered a new way of practicing Pilates matwork with live online lessons. They were able to organize classes of small homogeneous groups and lessons aimed at our needs. Very good and professional teachers even from a distance. I study fabulous, I do not miss a lesson and I have obtained excellent results not only for everyday life but now also when I ski I go on for hours without feeling any effort.
