★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho trovato questo centro 1 anno fà per caso in internet per problemi alla schiena, e ho scoperto finalmente uno sport che fà stare bene e ha delle insegnante preparate e lo studio e accogliente. Lo pratico da 1 anno e ora non posso più stare senza fare Pilates.
I found this center 1 year ago by chance on the internet for back problems, and I finally discovered a sport that makes one feel good and has some well-trained teachers and the studio is welcoming. I have been practicing for 1 year and now I can no longer stay without doing Pilates.

Marta Mazzola, l'insegnante, sicuramente molto preparata e attenta alle problematiche individuali, sa mettere l'allievo a proprio agio, qualsiasi sia il suo livello di preparazione fisica.
Un'esperienza assolutamente piacevole!!!
I did my trial lesson: the studio is really nice and comfortable, with attention to detail, very welcoming and relaxing. Marta Mazzola, the teacher, certainly very prepared and attentive to individual problems, knows how to put the student at ease, whatever his level of physical preparation.
An absolutely pleasant experience !!!
