Convenient place to rent a car north of downtown, close to the central rail station. Keep on mind that the cars are parked a few minutes away from the rental office. Something to keep in mind if travelling with heavy suitcases. When dropping off, it is often necessary to leave the car double parked outside. For traffic conscious people that may be a little jarring, but hey, it's Italy after all, and the attendant usually moves the car within a few minutes.

This is maybe the 4th or 5th time that I'm renting with Sicily by Car at the Central Station and the experience has always been great. The check in and check out are always quick, the cars are always what I expected when booking.

We had a reservation and no one came! They left us in the middle of the night, at the airport and they never reply to any email or complaint form! No refund, no answer! Unreliable and unprofessional!

The guy here was worst ever. He said he really didn't have the car left, so he made me go another branch away from 30 min walk. So I walked there, but the same guy was there laughing at me. He got there by the rent car. It means he had the rent car. I almost wanted to hit him with my fist. I'm sure the rent car was there, and he lied to me. Don't use this branch. And if company boss read this article, I strongly recommend to fire him. I'm really serious. I visited there on 1 Dec. Thanks for monitoring and your comments. And 4 cu you man I met today, you must be careful when you go out alone at night. Just kidding like you. How about your feeling. ****** Hi, Boss. I emailed you personally to the email address you wrote . After checking your action for my email, I will decide whether I remove this comment or not. ****** Final conclusion, My all issue was closed after about 1month. Anyway, I appreciate the support by SBC social media team. I think that the only SBC social media team is working hard in SBC. Location of the pick up was not clear - β€œoutside of the Milan central trainstation” (booked via Booking.com so could be bad information via Booking). Tried to call the help desk for location, first number did not, second number put us on hold for an hour.

4 months after my rental from Milan, I received 2 emails from SicilyByCar to say that I received a road ticket. Bit of an unlucky situation where my GPS passed me through a street which shouldn't be accessed at certain times. No problem, I'm ready to pay for my mistake and pay my fine. Unfortunately, SicilyByCar has charged me a €61 handling fee against agreed terms in the rental contract. The contract says that This fee is only paid IF I DON'T settle the fine personally. I'm more than willing to settle my fine personally but SicilyByCar have just taken that money out of my credit card straight away before I can settle my fine. I tried calling, but got no answer. I emailed 4 different email addresses and still have no answer. They don't even offer a live chat option. As far as I'm concerned, they're a bunch of thieves, ZERO customer service! REPLY TO SICILY BY CAR BELOW: Yes you are correct.. the €50+vat should be charged to me >> IF << I don't settle the fine myself. I am more than willing to pay the fine myself, but still you have stolen the money from my account. I emailed and called to settle this issue with you but I never got a reply. You have however replied here to defend your rating - which just goes to show where your priorities lie as a company. There are no resources for customer care, but there are resources to reply on Google!

UNRELIABLE.. NOT RECOMMENDED. (2 stars for the staff for trying) Staff is trying hard. But it’s just not working. Something is wrong. They made me loose 4 hours of my time, saying they don’t have a car for me although I booked it online and payed for it. Lost time & Didn’t get a car. Ended up getting my money back on the card.
