★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'ufficio è quasi sempre affollato ed il locale è angusto, quindi si crea sempre fila all'esterno. Personale gentile. Ho successivamente scoperto che mi avevano addebitato il gasolio all'atto del rientro dell'auto che avevo preso a noleggio (nonostante avessi fatto il pieno prima di rientrare). A tutt'oggi sono in contenzioso con la Maggiore: hanno riconosciuto il loro errore ma sono ancora in attesa che mi restituiscano il dovuto, a più di un mese dal noleggio. Consiglio sempre di fare foto del cruscotto quando si rilascia l'auto. Detto questo. .. occhio con questo car rental.
 The office is almost always crowded and the place is cramped, so it always creates a row outside. Friendly staff. I later found out that I had been charged for fuel when I returned the car I was renting (although I had filled up before returning). To this day I am in dispute with the Major: they have acknowledged their error but are still waiting for me to return the due, more than a month after the rental. I always recommend taking pictures of the dashboard when the car is released. Said this. .. eye with this car rental.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ L'agenzia di Milano stazione ferroviaria centrale, non all'altezza di soddisfare i clienti. Oggi solo un'ora e tre quarti per poter prendere un auto prenotata da giorni. Troppo meccanoso il processo di trascrizione dei dati, alla consegna dell'auto nessuna spiegazione del funzionamento della stessa. Essendo auto nuove non tutte sono conosciute al di la del funzionamento.
The Milan agency central railway station, not up to satisfy customers. Today only an hour and three quarters to take a car booked for days. The process of transcribing the data is too mechanical, at the delivery of the car no explanation of its operation. Being new cars, not all are known beyond operation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Assurdo! Non è possibile attendere più di 1 ora al freddo x la consegna di un auto prenotata giorni prima. Organizzazione fatiscente che mette in difficoltà anche lo stesso personale di front-office !
Absurd! It is not possible to wait more than 1 hour in the cold for the delivery of a car booked days before. Run-down organization that puts even the front-office staff themselves in trouble!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio lentissimo (senza nessun cliente in coda). Poca chiarezza sull'orario e luogo di apertura. Scomodissima consegna e riconsegna dell'auto in via Bosvovich, due piani di rampa ripidissima senza passaggio pedonale.
Very slow service (with no customers in line). Little clarity on the time and place of opening. Very uncomfortable delivery and return of the car in via Bosvovich, two floors of very steep ramp without a pedestrian crossing.
