I was in Milan on a very busy weekend when no other (Big) companies had (automatic) cars to rent out, I booked opel corsa (automatic) with them. I spoke to them on phone to confirm the booking and they informed me they have a smaller automatic car available which I agreed then. On arrival They upgraded my Car to Renault Captur IN THE SAME PRICE ! The car was just arrived in front of me from the previous rental so it was not cleaned like shiny but thanks to the guys they cleaned it sufficiently. The return was also quick. Returned the car on the same fuel level as received (also the same mentioned on contract). My overall experience was good ! All blocked money on card was released next day after the rental was finished too! I always take full insurance wherever I travel. So I am always worry free. So my mssg to people who give review that there was an existing scratch on the car and the company charged us blah blah blah, when you sign the contract there is always a place on contract where you can put the remarks about all the damages you see before you sign the contract !!! Or if you are lazy like me not check anything and want to be worry free later but the full insurance !!!
E	Ethan Block on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a scooter from them and had a good experience. The scooter was a 125cc Vespa that was fun and ran nicely. They were able to rent me a second helmet. They can be busy at times and it may take a while to get your rental.

Charged 100 EUROS fo pre damage and communicated the following morning even though the formal check had been made the day before at our arrival. The scratch has not been done by us and it is even smaller than the minimum limit to be charged (2 cm, an insult compared to market)! When you reply to emails they threat you with legal warning if you object to the payment and that they will charge those expenses on you. Stay away and rent from other places. We will never come back.
D	Daniil Gordeev on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst rental I have seen and used. Employees answer questions reluctantly, refused to accept a credit card, calling it a debit card. The workers are incompetent. The car had half a tank, which is completely inconvenient.

They charged us 100 euros for an invisible scratch, which is well below what honest companies set as the limit for the charge. But what is even more disgraceful is that we were informed of the “damage” we were supposed to have caused to the car only the next morning, despite the fact that one of their operators was present at the return of the vehicle and we had done the joint check of the car with him. Moreover, our question "Is everything ok?" was answered "Yes, you can keep the contract", without having written anything in the space dedicated "damage at the return". If it happens to you too, proceed with the transfer request from your bank, they will threaten you with legal action, but they know they are wrong.

Confirmed booking a week before travel to Milan. And look at this unprofessionalism of this company. When I came at 10 am to pick up a car-office closed, I’m calling -the guy says:” What’s your name, blah blah. And then like, I’m picking up your car”- I knew already it’s a fish. Here he comes - and immediately: “ Fill in these papers, you ordered manual car, right? I don’t have automatic , it’s all taken”. imagine???? I’m like:” no, I never driven manual cars, I asked and indicated in booking automatic”. And he is like “no we don’t have any cars.. “ imagine- I planned my whole trip with this car, with kids, going to Como, Nice and etc- so whole week of driving- and he simply broke all of this!!! We left basically not knowing what to do. I had already checked out from hotel. Never apologized-and simply who cares about these apologizes! And even at the end sarcastically: “ you won’t find any cars now anyways”! Never book with them. I’m pretty sure- he rebooked my car to someone else with higher price! Scammers and unprofessional. Go to normal car rental! They deserved to be closed!

H	Hidde Vogt on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and nice car. Picking up the car took only 5 minutes and the car was clean and new. Dropping of the car was also very easy. We had no issues whatsoever and i will rent here again when i am back in Milan.
