★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Racists!! if you are foreign they would not do the key because they think that you gonna break in somewhere. Today I went there with my 3 keys to make duplicate but they just made one key(which is not working well), a normal key. The second big key they made it like 10 cm long (They thought I will actually take it) and the third one- the special key they said they can't and in order to do that need a letter from the owner. Last time a friend of mine (Milanese) was doing the same key copies he had no troubles, no letter no attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is not your normal small key shop: they have every weird system I ever asked them about (italian stuff). They are real specialists. A queue system for non italians could do. A bit pricier for old things that no one else has, so it is only fair and maybe a 20% more, not exaggerate. They are my reference for keys in Milan and in fact also from locks I have in other regions I find myself needing their expertise as most normal shops just have the most common things. All in all, nothing bad to say and they stay my #1
