Anche qui c'è stata una difficoltà iniziale perchè la prima copia faceva fatica (ma me l'avevano detto che era solo un tentativo del quale mi assumevo tutte le responsabilità perchè non avevo con me l'auto). Sono tornato con la macchina e, con grande pazienza e professionalità, mi hanno fatto due copie che funzionano "meglio dell'originale". Due signore di grande gentilezza e disponibilità: sicuramente un negozio da raccomandare; come ormai se ne trovano pochi alle nostre latitudini! Two ladies of great kindness and availability: definitely a shop to recommend; as now there are few of them in our latitudes!

G	GIANCARLO GIANNINI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza negativa!! Porto la serratura della cassaforte e segnalo il guasto. Il pezzo di plastica nella foto si è rotto e va sostituito. Qualche giorno dopo mi chiamano e mi dicono che il costo completo dell'intervento è 50 €. Mi sembra eccessivo e penso che si siano confusi con una riparazione diversa dalla mia. Per curiosità chiedo prima ad un centro assistenza Stark sempre di Milano e spiego loro quale sia il pezzo coinvolto: mi chiedono 30 €. Richiamo quindi la serramenta Monopoli e chiedo conferma del costo o se c’è un errore e faccio presente il preventivo dell’altro cento di assistenza ( il 40% in più mi sembra eccessivo). La risposta della signora al telefono è stata lapidaria: “le smontiamo il pezzo nuovo e se la viene a riprendere…..Il costo dell'intervento è anche il tempo perso per ricercare il guasto...”. Senza parole … Ma se l'ho individuato se sgnalato io e loro me lo hanno confermato! Vado pago e ritiro. Addio… Bad experience !! I bring the lock to the safe and report the failure. The piece of plastic in the photo has broken and needs to be replaced. A few days later they call me and tell me that the full cost of the surgery is € 50. It seems excessive to me and I think they got confused with a different repair than mine. Out of curiosity, I first ask a Stark service center in Milan and I explain to them which piece is involved: they ask me for € 30. Then I recall the Monopoli window and ask for confirmation of the cost or if there is an error and I present the estimate of the other one hundred assistance (40% more seems excessive to me). The answer of the lady on the phone was lapidary: "we take apart the new piece and if it comes to take it back ... .. The cost of the intervention is also the time lost to find the fault ...". Speechless ... But if I spotted it, I and they confirmed it to me! I go, pay and collect. Goodbye…
A	Arianna Gianazza on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premetto che (per fortuna) era la prima volta in cui mi trovavo nella necessità di un intervento urgente da parte di un fabbro..ma è successo! Sono rimasta chiusa in casa una domenica mattina perché la serratura della mia porta blindata si era bloccata e, dopo aver contattato il fabbro del mio condominio senza aver ottenuto riscontro, il mio architetto mi ha fornito il loro numero. Mi hanno risposto immediatamente alle 8.30 della domenica mattina e dopo un'ora il fabbro era davanti alla mia porta a lavorare. Il tecnico ha fatto di tutto per poter salvare la serratura ed è riuscito, fermo poi riscontrare un difetto per cui era necessaria comunque la sostituzione. L'intervento è stato eccellente sia per la velocità con cui è stato eseguito sia per l'intenzione di non arrecare un danno maggiore. Il primo giorno lavorativo utile la nuova serratura era arrivata e ci è stata anche montata. Non ho termini di paragone per i prezzi, sicuramente sono costi importanti, ma penso che siano anche adeguati al servizio e alla città di Milano. Anche il mio architetto, loro cliente, mi ha confermato che hanno prezzi competitivi rispetto ad altre ditte sul mercato. Numero sicuramente salvato nella mia rubrica! :-) I state that (fortunately) it was the first time I was in need of an urgent intervention by a blacksmith .. but it happened! I was locked in the house on a Sunday morning because the lock on my security door had jammed and, after having contacted the locksmith in my building without having received a reply, my architect gave me their number. They answered me immediately at 8.30 on Sunday morning and after an hour the locksmith was at my door working. The technician did everything to be able to save the lock and succeeded, then stopped finding a defect that needed to be replaced anyway. The surgery was excellent both for the speed with which it was performed and for the intention not to cause greater damage. The new lock had arrived on the first working day and was also fitted to us. I have no terms of comparison for prices, certainly they are important costs, but I think they are also adequate for the service and the city of Milan. Even my architect, their client, confirmed to me that they have competitive prices compared to other companies on the market. Number definitely saved in my address book! :-)
