Esempio lampante è questa struttura, maltrattata e sporca, dove abbiamo trovato nelle impiegate dell'amministrazione e nel personale medico scarsissima professionalità in sfavore di un eccesso di zelo imbarazzante; scarsissima sensibilità verso i minori e per chi li accompagna; maleducazione, disattenzione e malafede ingiustificata, degne della peggior riunione condominiale possibile. Cercate un altro centro per le vostre esigenze, davvero. Si ha a che fare con pazienti (a volte gravi) qindi un po' di umanita' e di educazione non guasterebbe. Invece tutte le donne e ragazze del primo piano per le vaccinazioni sono bravissime. Carine efficienti proprio brave. Prenotare appuntamento via mail è comodissimo. Per una semplice informazione bisogna recarsi lì anche perché alle mail non rispondono. Andando là ti rendi conto che regna soltanto la maleducazione . A shame! For simple information you have to go there also because the emails do not respond. Going there you realize that only rudeness reigns.

All' arrivo accolta con gentilezza e cura, ben distanziati in piena tutela normative covid. Dottoresse disponibili e cortesi. Il tutto fatto in 40 minuti. With an email last week I immediately received an answer and an appointment. Upon arrival welcomed with kindness and care, well spaced in full covid regulatory protection. Available and courteous doctors. All done in 40 minutes.

Sono riuscita a prendere la linea nel giro di poco, ho ricevuto risposta alla mail nel giro di 24 ore e una volta in loco ho ricevuto solo cortesia e gentilezza da TUTTI i presenti, a partire dal signore che mi ha dato indicazioni al piano terra, fino all’infermiera che mi ha vaccinata questa mattina. La struttura non è nuova ma è carina e tenuta bene, pulita e rispetta perfettamente le normative anti covid. Bravi! Personally I had a great time. I was able to take the line in a short time, I received an answer to the email within 24 hours and once on site I received only courtesy and kindness from ALL present, starting with the gentleman who gave me directions on the ground floor, until the nurse who vaccinated me this morning. The structure is not new but it is nice and well kept, clean and perfectly respects the anti covid regulations. Well done!
E	Ester De Vecchi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qui si devono rivolgere le persone disabili come me che intendono rinnovare la patente ogni due anni.Ora i pagamenti vanno eseguiti con lo spid in un ufficio postale.Sono stata costretta a rifare alcuni pagamenti perché non validi.Torno dopo una settimana per lasciare i miei nuovi pagamenti e trovo un impiegato incattivito perché doveva rilasciare quaranta pratiche ,che mi urla di andare a consegnare tutto in via Ricordi. Chiedo dove sia questo ufficio e vedo che l'impiegato si arrabbia ancor di più. Ma perché la direzione di questa asl non mette impiegati un po' più cortesi forse non abbiamo alcun diritto noi utenti?
