Pessima organizzazione. Phone ALWAYS busy, they DO NOT answer by email, you CANNOT go in person to book at the counters .... EXPLAIN TO ME HOW DO I VACCINATE MY SON? Bad organization.

Tutte le volte che mi capita di andare vorrei rispondere a tono, ma mi trattengo per educazione. La stessa educazione che chi lavora a uno sportello dovrebbe imparare Impeccable medical and nursing staff, administrative staff of a unique rudeness. Il servizio alla reception è davvero pessimo, trovo assurdo il fatto di non riuscire a comunicare telefonicamente in quanto gli addetti tengono il telefono fuori posto. Vergognoso, soprattutto trattandosi di un centro vaccinale e non di una pizzeria! The medical staff are fine, some kind, some not, but the important thing is that they do their job well. The service at the reception is really bad, I find it absurd the fact of not being able to communicate by phone as the employees keep the phone out of place. Shameful, especially since it is a vaccination center and not a pizzeria!

Avevo urgenza di fare una antitetanica per il morso di un cane… loro mi hanno accolto velocemente e con grande professionalità. Grazie!
