Servizio a dir poco vergognoso.
Il mio medico è andato in pensione e devo prendere l'appuntamento per il cambio medico urgentemente.
Ho chiamato il numero fornito almeno un centinaio di volte in 4 giorni ma risulta sempre occupato oppure non rispondono.
Mando il messaggio su whatsapp e non rispondono.
Mando la mail e non rispondono.
E' una vergogna che questa gente abbia un lavoro e che non possa essere segnalata in alcun modo a nessuno quando ci sono milioni di persone più meritevoli che non hanno un lavoro.
Spero che qualcuno legga questa recensione e prenda i dovuti provvedimenti.

Disgraceful service to say the least.
My doctor has retired and I need to make an appointment for a change of doctor urgently.
I called the number provided at least a hundred times in 4 days but it is always busy or they don't answer.
I send the message on whatsapp and they don't reply.
I send the email and they don't reply.
It is a shame that these people have jobs and that they cannot be reported in any way to anyone when there are millions of more deserving people who do not have jobs.
Hope someone reads this review and takes action.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ dovevo rinnovare la tessera sanitaria di mia figlia minorenne scaduta e mai arrivata a casa. prenoto l'appuntamento online, e mi reco all'orario indicato. la prima informazione che ricevo è che serve una fotocopia della mia carta d'identità, ovviamente nessuno mi aveva informato e non vi è scritto da nessuna parte. loro non possono farla (chissà come mai hanno delle fotocopiatrici....). propongo di inviare il documento via mail. non possono ricevere mail. vado a fare la fotocopia e torno. mi rilasciano un foglio con scritto il codice fiscale di mia figlia. faccio notare che già lo conosco il codice fiscale, mi serve la tessera con il codice per prenotare il vaccino COVID. mi dicono di provare a telefonare al numero verde, persa una mattina per nulla

Il mio medico è andato in pensione e hanno assegnato i suoi a pazienti ad altri liberi. Ho dovuto cercare il nome e il numero del quello che dovrebbe essere il mio nuovi medico e sono 2gg che cerco di chiamare ma non risponde nessuno. Scandalo puri e sta gente la paghiamo noi
These people deserve to stay at home and starve !!! non existent service, ignorant, incompetent and rude. My doctor retired and they assigned his to other free patients. I had to look for the name and number of the one who should be my new doctor and I have been trying to call for 2 days but no one answers. Pure scandal and these people we pay for it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dovrei parlare con qualche impiegato per capire come mai una esenzione certificata a metà luglio ad oggi non compare al mio medico. Dopo diverse telefonate a varie persone trovo finalmente una risposta: devo chiedere un appuntamento per andare all'ufficio scelta e revoca perché al telefono non risponde nessuno. Mi sembra una follia, invece di incrementare le telefonate si aumenta la presenza. ?
