★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siamo stati 2 mesi nell'appartamento di Francesco. Eravamo in 4 colleghi che per lavoro si sono trovati a dover alloggiare a Milano. L'appartamento è essenziale ma molto funzionale. A 5 minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro Ca' Granda e a 12/15 minuti dalla stazione di Greco Pirelli (e dall'università Bicocca). L'arredamento non è dei piu' nuovi ma è tutto in ordine con spazi ed armadi molto grandi. Prezzi davvero eccezionali se paragonati alle cifre che normalmente girano a Milano, soprattutto per gli affitti brevi. Stabile dotato di ascensore. Francesco è molto disponibile ad accontentare qualsiasi vostra richiesta.
We stayed 2 months in Francesco's apartment. We were 4 colleagues who for work found themselves having to stay in Milan. The apartment is basic but very functional. A 5-minute walk from the Ca 'Granda metro station and 12/15 minutes from the Greco Pirelli station (and Bicocca University). The furniture is not the newest but everything is in order with very large spaces and wardrobes. Really exceptional prices when compared to the figures that normally run in Milan, especially for short rentals. Building with lift. Francesco is very willing to satisfy any of your requests.

E' pratico e confortevole, pulito e comodo con i mezzi. Metro sotto casa. Francesco è un bravo proprietario che mette a proprio agio, visto che sono stata un mese mi ha fatto uno sconto, ma mi ha detto che affitta anche a settimane con un prezzo contenuto.
I had a good time. I stayed with friends. I struggled to find an apartment of this size and comfort at this price in Milan. It is practical and comfortable, clean and convenient with transport. Metro under the house. Francesco is a good owner who puts you at ease, since I was a month he gave me a discount, but he told me that he also rents by the week with a low price.
