★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soffitti e pareti coperti di muffa; cattiva climatizzazione; ascensori mal funzionanti; rumori notturni a causa del vicinato e della ditta di spedizioni proprio davanti l'ingresso; pessima illuminazione; l'unico contratto stipulabile è quello per lavoratori, che viene proposto anche agli studenti andando palesemente contro i loro diritti; livelli d'igiene che sfiorano il disumano (filtri degli aspiratori mai cambiati, formiche nelle cucine e nelle stanze da letto); infissi poco curati e manutenzione pressoché nulla; all'interno degli appartamenti è presente solo una scala a chiocciola dalla base di diamentro complessivo pari a poco più di un metro; interruttori mal posizionati e a volte pericolosi e balconi pieni di immondizia e scatoloni lasciati dalla ditta costruttrice. Non so neanche se sia legale vivere in questo posto.
 Mold-covered ceilings and walls; bad air conditioning; malfunctioning elevators; night noises from the neighborhood and the shipping company right outside the entrance; bad lighting; the only contract that can be stipulated is that for workers, which is also offered to students, clearly going against their rights; levels of hygiene that border on the inhumane (filters of the aspirators never changed, ants in the kitchens and in the bedrooms); poorly maintained fixtures and almost no maintenance; inside the apartments there is only a spiral staircase with a base of a total diameter of just over one meter; badly positioned and sometimes dangerous switches and balconies full of garbage and boxes left by the manufacturer. I don't even know if it's legal to live in this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il complesso è molto carino e ben tenuto con un bel cortile interno ed un comodo bar molto tranquillo che la sera chiude e non è di disturbo. La comoda rampa di salita agli appartamenti consente l accesso anche con materiale ingombrante oltre agli ascensori ( di cui anche panoramici). Nelle vicinanze tutti i sevizi e a due passi il politecnico di Milano Bovisa. Diversi gli appartamenti per studenti oltre che per famiglie. Il servizio di portineria è garantito 6 giorni a settimana.
The complex is very nice and well maintained with a nice inner courtyard and a comfortable bar that is very quiet and closes in the evening and is not a nuisance. The comfortable ramp to the apartments allows access also with bulky material in addition to the elevators (of which also panoramic). Nearby, all the services and the Milan Polytechnic Bovisa are nearby. Several apartments for students as well as for families. The concierge service is guaranteed 6 days a week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ottima residenza per studenti universitari. A 400 metri dalla facoltà di design del Politecnico di Milano. Stanze piccoline ma confortevoli. Lascia un po' a desiderare l'assistenza e qualche servizio, tipo l'Adsl che con soli 20 mbit non è assolutamente adeguata al contesto. Mi riservo di rivedere questa mia recensione per il futuro.
Excellent residence for university students. 400 meters from the design faculty of the Politecnico di Milano. Small but comfortable rooms. It leaves a little 'to be desired assistance and some services, such as the ADSL which with only 20 mbit is absolutely not appropriate to the context. I reserve the right to review this review for the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non ho soggiornato presso le loro abitazioni ma ho avuto modo di visionarne una in zona Bovisa contestualmente al mio trasferimento a Milano per studio. L'appartamento era minimale ma ben curato, un po' costoso, ma lo staff è sempre stato molto gentile e disponibile.
I did not stay in their homes but I was able to view one in the Bovisa area at the same time as my transfer to Milan to study. The apartment was minimal but well maintained, a little expensive, but the staff has always been very kind and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho vissuto qui 5 anni per il semplice fatto che è attaccata all'università e avevo coinquilini simpatici, ma non la consiglio a NESSUNO. L'idea è buona ma la concretezza è pessima. Appartamento da 6 molto grande ma molto spoglio. Una sola cucina in 6 è invivibile. Una delle stanze, una singola, è grande appena quanto letto e armadio, zero superficie calpestabile, e hanno il coraggio di chiedere 525 euro al mese per quel buco. Assistenza sul posto scadente, i nostri problemi quasi mai ascoltati. La parete del bagno si è progressivamente ammuffita per un errore di progetto nella finestra.... Gli ascensori almeno sono comodi e affidabili. L'ingresso posteriore è stato chiuso per lavori "di miglioramento" e dopo 4 anni è ancora chiuso con un cantiere a cielo aperto permanente. Nell'appartamento sopra descritto, c'è una scala a chiocciola larga appena quanto una persona, pericolosa da usare e da bestemmie quando si ha una valigia da portare su e giù. Peraltro, nell'ultimo periodo si stavano sganciando i chiodi di incastro al muro ma nonostante le nostre segnalazioni non è mai stata sistemata. Potrei andare avanti all'infinito con tutto ciò che ho visto questi anni. Solo in una cosa sono bravi e veloci: a chiedere i soldi dell'affitto. IMBARAZZANTE
I lived here for 5 years for the simple fact that it is attached to the university and I had nice roommates, but I don't recommend it to ANYONE. The idea is good but the concreteness is bad. Very large but very bare apartment for 6. Only one kitchen in 6 is unlivable. One of the rooms, a single, is barely as big as the bed and wardrobe, zero floor space, and they have the courage to ask for 525 euros a month for that hole. Poor on-site assistance, our problems almost never heard. The bathroom wall has gradually become moldy due to a design error in the window .... The elevators at least are comfortable and reliable. The rear entrance was closed for "improvement" works and after 4 years it is still closed with a permanent open-air construction site. In the apartment described above, there is a spiral staircase just as wide as a person, dangerous to use and curses when you have a suitcase to carry up and down. Moreover, in the last period the interlocking nails on the wall were being released but despite our reports it has never been fixed. I could go on and on with everything I've seen these years. They are good and fast in one thing only: asking for rent. EMBARRASSING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Imbarazzante. Tenetevi alla larga da questi appartamenti. Possono sembrare esteriormente accattivanti, ma è tutta scena. Tutto è abbastanza nuovo, ma di infima qualità: gli infissi sono una burla, gli scarichi non funzionano, la manutenzione è ridicola. L'elenco sarebbe così lungo che non saprei come metterlo a parole. Esperienza pessima.
Embarrassing. Stay away from these apartments. They may look outwardly appealing, but it's all show. Everything is fairly new, but of very poor quality: the fixtures are a joke, the drains don't work, the maintenance is ridiculous. The list would be so long that I don't know how to put it into words. Bad experience.
