In-Domus Campus Milano Olympia

Good place for students. Only problem is that there's only one kitchen for whole residence.

The Residence is very clean and modern with Air conditioner and WiFi Facilities. It is 3 min to the Milano Certosa Train station Also 1 min to Esselunga supper store. It is near bus And tram station too. Certosa residence (In-Domus) residence has a coffee bar , Laundry, Gym, Study room and Relax(TV) room

they NEVER share all the costs included, and at the end charge from your account. in short words cheating and ripping off students. Never live here if you want your money not to get ripped off by the in-domus staff. Worst experience in any student residence I've Had.

Convenient place to live in. Helpful staff, except an old lady who said was the manager. but I am not sure. Air conditioner is a plus. The price is high, but reasonable in Milan, due to the services and facilities.

IN DOMUS MILANO: SCAMMERS ALERT! Dear students: Do not book a lodge at IN DOMUS MILANO campus named CERTOSA, MONNERET e INTERANZIONALE never ever. In this moment of FORCE MAJEURE that we are living due to COVID-19 they don’t want to refund the money i paid in advanced. I was only three nights (which i payed an extra fee of € 125 for an extra week because the contract started on March 1st to 31 July) and i left because of the sanitary emergency that Italy is suffering. They are SCAMMERS, they want to stick to the contract just as if anything is happening around them. SCAMMERS, they want to do a business out of this tragedy that no one could prevent in advanced. I payed a cautionary deposit of € 1.000 and two months in advanced (€ 500 for each), which is a total amount of € 2.125. They only made a refund of € 250 because they told me that i had to do a 30 days of notice for early withdrawal, so they payed me only 15 days of the month of April. But how could i ever have done any 30 days notice to have a refund of the first month if this tragedy couldn’t have been prevented? And the cautionary deposit? I am not living because i want to breach the contract, instead because of a sanity emergency. They don’t have a minimum consideration of the dramatic situation and want to comply with the contract as if we were living our ordinary days. PLEASE DON’T BOOK HERE IF YOU DON’T WANT TO LOSE YOUR MONEY!! IN DOMUS MILANO TRUFFATORI!! ATTENZIONE Studenti fuori sede e Studenti di Erasmus Non prenotate né contrattate piu allogio nei campus di IN DOMUS MILANO, sia INTERNATIONAL, MONNERET o CERTOSA. In questa drammatica situazione di Forza Maggiore che si vive in Italia a causa del COVID-19 non vogliono rimborsare i miei soldi, pur sapendo che il 30 gennaio la OMS ha dicihiarato “Public Health Emergency of International Concern ( PHEIC). La mia sperienza é stata per di piú spiacevole !!! Avevo contrattato ad” In Domus” dal 1 Marzo al 31 Luglio (secondo semestre), mi hanno fatto pagare in anticipo due mesi (€ 1.000) ed un deposito causionale di € 1.000, cioé un totale di € 2.000.- Inoltre, siccome io sono arrivata prima dell´inizio del contratto, (arrivando il 22 febbraio a Milano) proveniente dall´Argenitna, ho prenotato una settimana extra e ho pagato € 125 in piú. Come conseguenza dell´emergenza sanitaria sono andata via el 25 febbraio, sono stata ospite soltanto 3 Notti.-Sono disonesti, MASCALZONI, loro vogliono fare un negozio in mezzo di questa catastrofe che nessuno avrebbe potuto prevvenire. Dei € 2.125 che ho abonato tramite bonifico, loro mi hanno rimborsato soltanto € 250 perché ho fatto il preavviso di reccesione il 13 marzo per potere avere il rimborso di un pó di tutti i soldi.- Se ne sono approfittati dela situazione !!! Non vogliono rimborsare né il deposito causionale né i due mesi pagati in anticipo perché non ho fatto il preavviso. Anche mi hanno scontato € 50 di pulizia, sono dei FACCIA TOSTA! Come puó una persona fare il preavviso se questa emergenza é avvicinata all´improvviso e neanche il governo ha potuto prevvenire? PER FAVORE NON PRENONATE QUESTO SERVIZIO. SONO SVERGOGNATI!!! SI METTONO AL RIPARO DI UN CONTRATTO DI ABBONAMENTO LEONINO CHE NON CONTIENE CLAOSOLE DI FORZA MAGGIORE COME IL CASO ATTUALE!!!

Good place to stay. Lived here for 11 months. Good for Polimi students.

The building is located within a few minutes walking distance from Uni. Everything is always sparkling clean (I am obsessed with cleaning), during the year there were a lot of cool social events. Most importantly, the accommodation has brilliant staff. They always greet you with a smile and solve any issue within hours. Everything is taken care of for you, you literally can relax and focus on your studies. I really can not stress this enough, this is by far the greatest student accommodation.
