★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Résidence réservée aux étudiants de l’université et disponible pour les étudiants étrangers en échange.
Le loyer est raisonnable, la résidence est presque propre (ménage toute les 2/3 semaines) même si nous avons découvert un cafard dans notre salle de bain !
Les chambres sont composées d’un lit simple et d’une salle de bain à partager avec la chambre voisine.
Enfin les cuisines sont communes et l’accès y est réglementé (non accessible entre 23h et 7h puis de 15h à 16h).
L’entrée de personnes étrangères a l’établissement est limitée à 2 par personnes. Les personnes mineures ne sont pas admises.
PERSONNE de l’extérieur n’est admis à dormir, ou rester après minuit.
Residence reserved for university students and available to foreign exchange students.
The rent is reasonable, the residence is almost clean (cleaning every 2/3 weeks) even if we discovered a cockroach in our bathroom!
The rooms are composed of a single bed and a bathroom to be shared with the neighboring room.
Finally, the kitchens are shared and access is regulated (not accessible between 11 p.m. and 7 a.m. then from 3 p.m. to 4 p.m.).
Entrance of foreigners to the establishment is limited to 2 per person. Minors are not admitted.
NO ONE from outside is allowed to sleep, or stay after midnight.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's the dorms for University of Milan ( Statale). Boys and girls are there. There are either single or triple rooms. If you are seeking for a room with double beds, it's not a good choice for you. Sport facilities, study rooms and good student atmosphere. It is just for the students admitted to University of Milan and not available to the public.
Rental fee is 250 per month and you can receive a room only as a part of DSU scholarships.
