the worst of all polimi residences. No cooling in summer. The mosquitos and pigeons along with scorching heat will make your life miserable. Not to mention the kitchen. one small kitchen for the entire residence. insufficient seating space. Broken sofas, tables and an overall bad environment. only good for parties.

A good place to stay.Usually a student residence where you see students from all nationalities. Campus is big with good number of trees.Common kitchen attached with TV room and indoor table tennis court where you can relax. Campus also has a small restaurant as well

It is nice place if you don’t need basic quality of life. If you can eat and cook in most disgusting environment in the world, perfect place for you! Even if rooms look new, substructure is so bed it is likely to have cold room in winter or problems with bathroom. If you won’t use kitchen and bathroom, nice place. Also not so central and a room price is high for the neighborhood. Safety is another problem. People can steal your things even if it’s locked in containers in kitchen or never forget your charger nor your wallet behind because most people don’t have basic ethics to bring it to security. Has a great garden.

I lived here for two years. It's a normal dormitory with simple rooms not so big. But with a fantastic yard. You can not find any garden like this for a campus in Milano according to my knowledge. The problem is that you have To use a common kitchen for cooking which was hard for me.it has a bar with good coffee and croissant and nice staff. Several bus lines stop exactly at the front door which make your life so much easy and it's close to esselunga and lidl.

The worst resident comparing with all students residents in Milan, if you want to live in this place you will lose your privacy. Likewise, it is old building, no air conditions. No-one care about the garden and the cleaning so, you will see many insects in your room and outside. 1- ONE KITCHEN for 550 person. In my case I’m living in building and the kitchen in different building ((separating)) 2- No WiFi in the room so, you have to buy the ADSL cable. Even the internet is too bad. 3- If anything has broken in your room before you’re coming and you asked the administration to maintain they will come after 2 months. 4- for the students you will not have any study room, it is just one 3 m*3 m .. in just one building.vMartinitt campus has 5 building so, you will give up from the first semester 5- every weekend students make party in the kitchen which is so hard to go to kitchen and make you foos. 6- no equipments for student life for example there is no desk lamp for study. So, obviously you have to buy everything. 7- the transportation is too bad. Busses usually coming later so, I prefer to be close to the metro station. At the end I’m so sad for this experience, I have been staying in this campus 1 year. My education level goes down, my life in this accommodation like a nightmare. Really I hope that I had not chosen this campus

This is a great option for student housing. It's in a nice quiet neighborhood right next to the bus stop.
