★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to live, you get your own kitchen and there is pool, ping pong, tv room, gym and excellent friendly staff (Shout out to Luca, the best)
But better buy a fan, because you really can’t trust the air conditioning system in your room sometimes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay. It has a gym, laundry, reading halls. The residence is similar to apartment system where there are few rooms with common kitchen.

- New facilities with cleaning services provided
- Kitchen equipped with oven and microwave, and rooms with a very comfortable chair
- Great recepcionists, especially the director Giovanni
- Very close to Bovisa campus
Cons:
- Endless problems with the thermostat (16° in summer and 28° in winter)
- Unreliable wifi
- Super loud neighbors (music and fireworks are common every month)
- Far from Candiani campus
- Sketchy neighborhood at night and even during the day
Also, I do not agree with restricting the payment schemes to only two options: semestral or annual. A monthly payment scheme would be great for some students, but these are the rules set by the administration.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place for students. Residence consists of apartments with four to five rooms in each apartment. Each apartment also has common room, kitchen with stoves, oven, grill and refrigerator. Rooms are spacious with a big window.

It has both single and shared rooms and equipped with awesome gym.
Surrounding environment is good.
Nice rooms and each room consists separate kitchen.
Study rooms are also present .
And also some indoor games..
Little problem with transportation.
Ideal for the students who are studying in Bovisa campus
