★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the place ! The Turro M1 Red Line is just down the lane, a matter of 2 minutes on foot. Nice locality, Carrefour and other shops as well as nice eateries around. Most importantly, the residence guys have a good security system in place and one needs either the keys or the password to enter. CCTV cameras are all over, so everything is getting noticed. On the whole, I recommend this place to all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To be very honest with you, I prefer an average Airbnb way better than this place due to the follwoing issues:
The ventilation was the worst part, it circulates the sewage like smell all over the room to the point that it stops you from breathing - this is very true. We ended up leaving all the windows open for an hour to make the room work for us.
The kitchenette area may die on you any time you use a burner or try to find a utensil. The cabinet doors were hanging open all the time and you couldn’t even shut them closed. No electrical kettles just few super old pans.
On the flip side, here are two good services that they offered:
The internet connection is fairly good and you get coverage up to the first floor - our room was located on the 4th floor.
Our sheets were in okay condition, too.
Based on my experience, I do not recommend this place.
