β β β β β We booked this apartment. Our plane delayed 2hours. The reception desk tell me they close at 9 and still charge money.I will arrive at 10.. I feel very SURPISED they do not have any method to let me sleep inside. I do not know where to sleep.

β β β β β Nice, convenient rooms. Staff was helpful. Wifi is very bad, had to use mobile network instead. There was no hot water during the morning, just warm enough to have a shower (almost cold).

β β β β β We arrived yesterday and my 10 year old daughter started running a fever. The front desk was so helpful at finding me a pharmacy and getting her the care she needed, it was absolutely amazing! The rooms are very clean and spacious. I will definitely return if back in Milan.
