I realized a stay around 10 days for business purposes, walking around the metro and 15-20 min to the train line was a bit of a problem, rooms and service at 3 star level. They help you with your problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, do not let the picture of the backyard fool you. It is not owned by the residence and no one can have access to it. Secondly, the service there is in between good to poor. Reception is usually not answering to the phone because they only have one person there taking care of it all. Thirdly, the rooms are quite old with no maintenance and the furniture needs to be changed. The cleaning service people are very rude without a reason. Now, the management is the worst, a lot of deception and they only care about the money.
