Response to Alfio: Alfio you clearly do not see the importance in family. It seems you attack anyone that leaves you a negative review. It's really a shame that you are Italian because we love Italians. You are not only lying but you are also a hypocrite. Your brother "Simone Grazia" is an employee leaving fake positive reviews (on Google and Facebook) to cover-up your low google review scores and yet you accuse my family members of each leaving independent reviews.. You can see 5 months ago you also left 10 fake positive reviews as my family told you. We support each other and all have our own opinions. In your case, it's easy to agree. We need to protect future guests from people like you. We are only educating them so they don't get cheated, we are not ordering them or lying. We simply advise them to not give you the keys back until they get the deposit money back - because you cheated us. My review is as follows:
DO NOT give them your credit card information. They threatened to charge me after checkout. Demand deposit money returned before handing them the keys - or they will cheat you. If they do not give you the deposit, do not return the keys and report them to the police. Stay in the apartment until they agree to return the information.

The apartment was clean and with a good view; there was an issue with the fridge but it was fixed during the same day.
