Tutta la trattativa si è svolta con estrema superficialità e in effetti avrei dovuto essere più diffidente. Poca serietà e scrupolosità. Ho le prove (fotografie di come era il giardino al momento dell’acquisto e come l’ho trovato dopo). Attualmente sto procedendo per via legali. Immobilsarda sold me a house in Sardinia with a piece of garden which after the purchase was found not to be part of the purchased lot. The whole negotiation took place with extreme superficiality and in fact I should have been more suspicious. Little seriousness and scrupulousness. I have evidence (photos of how the garden was at the time of purchase and how I found it after). I am currently going through the legal process.
