★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Il personale scortese. Non rispondono volentieri alle domande e sembra che non vedono l'ora che paghi e esci dalla farmacia. Non torno più. Capisco che con attuale situazione siamo più nervosi ma l'attenzione al cliente prima di tutto.
Unfriendly staff. They are not happy to answer questions and it seems that they are looking forward to paying and leaving the pharmacy. I don't come back. I understand that with the current situation we are more nervous but attention to the customer first of all.

Vado per fare tampone di uscita da 40na a mia figlia, con modulo di esenzione dell'ATS in versione cartacea (come richiesto da cartello esposto fuori), e la dipendente mi dice che non possono farlo con l'esenzione perché "non sanno dove allegare il foglio". Il tutto però, mi dice, si risolverà domani. Che è sabato e l'Ats sarà sicuramente lì a risolvere il loro problema. Spero sistemino altrimenti questa inefficienza.
Very discontented today. I go to give my daughter 40n exit buffer, with the paper version of the ATS exemption form (as requested by the sign displayed outside), and the employee tells me that they cannot do it with the exemption because "they don't know where to attach the paper". However, he tells me, everything will be resolved tomorrow. That is Saturday and Ats will surely be there to solve their problem. I hope they fix this inefficiency otherwise.
