★ ★ ★ ★ ★ servizio pessimo se si potesse mettere zero il voto reale sarebbe quello, ordine risalente al 11 marzo 2020, merce mai arrivata nonostante ben quattro solleciti per rimborso risalenti al 6 aprile, 17 aprile 8 maggio e 18 maggio 2020 ancora nulla di fatto, ma anzi solo mail per eventuale sostituzione del collo che a distanza di mesi non necessito più, capisco il periodo capisco tutte le attenuanti del caso dovuto ai problemi possibili con i corrieri, direi che dopo tre mesi è giusto che la pazienza finisca, consiglio non ordinate

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ il 90% delle volte devono ordinare il prodotto e poi mi hanno fatto acquistare due prodotti LA ROCHE mostrandomi l'offerta di rimborso di 20 euro...peccato che fosse valida dal 30/09 e io ho acquistato giorni prima...........mi sono fidata e non avevo letto sulla cartolina questa informazione, così non ho ottenuto il rimborso. Magari avrei acquistato ugualmente i due prodotti, ma secondo me dovreste fare più attenzione.
90% of the time they have to order the product and then they made me buy two LA ROCHE products showing me the 20 euro refund offer ... too bad it was valid from 30/09 and I purchased days before ..... ...... I trusted and I had not read this information on the postcard, so I did not get a refund. Maybe I would have bought the two products equally, but in my opinion you should be more careful.
