Fanno anche i tamponi rapidi necessari in molti casi per fare i viaggi. Hanno una postazione esterna dedicata. Si fa tutto molto velocemente, sulla loro pagina Instagram si può prenotare ma si può andare anche li direttamente senza prenotazione. Maleducati, arroganti , gonfiano i prezzi dei medicinali e delle creme rispetto ai normali prezzi che si trovano anche su internet..... lunghe attese!!!! GIRATE A LARGO !!!! Raimondi Pharmacy ...... Mi ha venduto un tubetto di un medicinale " aperto" e non me lo ha cambiato! Inoltre gonfia i prezzi dei medicinali.... pomata anestetica "Emla "che normalmente costa €12,90 me la voleva vendere a €52,00. Meno male che su google ci sono i prezzi consigliati al pubblico! g	giorgia tavano on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chiedo per un tampone molecolare, senza neanche darmi diverse opzioni pago direttamente quello con esito in 24 ore. Leggo e apprendo solo successivamente al pagamento del sovrapprezzo di 20 euro per tale servizio(in quanto fino a quel momento nessuno mi aveva consegnato nessun prospetto informativo in mano). Il farmacista in cassa mi garantisce l'esito in serata, COSA CHIARAMENTE MAI AVVENUTA. Poco professionali, poco attenti alle esigenze del cliente, poco preparati visto che nei diversi tentativi di avere delle spiegazioni ho ricevuto risposte e motivazioni diverse da ogni dipendente che rispondeva al telefono. Ho ricevuto l'esito esattamente insieme a quelli che non avevano pagato per il mio stesso servizio. Alla mia email di richiesta di rimborso per la quota di 20 euro (sovrapprezzo per un servizio mai ricevuto) la risposta è stata che era evidenziato in grassetto che le 24h decorrevano a partire dal trasferimento dei tamponi in laboratorio, un vero peccato quindi non aver ricevuto suddetto foglietto in cassa prima del pagamento ma solo dopo e di non essere stata informata di questo nel momento in cui io stessi pagando, ma di tutt'altro. E' UNA PRATICA COMMERCIALE SCORRETTA, per 20 euro mettono in ballo la loro reputazione che evidentemente ,per loro stessi in primis, non vale poco più di quello. I received the results exactly along with those who did not pay for my same service. To my email requesting a refund for the fee of 20 euros (surcharge for a service never received) the answer was that it was highlighted in bold that the 24h started from the transfer of the swabs to the laboratory, a real shame therefore not to have received aforementioned slip in the cashier before payment but only after and that I was not informed of this at the time I was paying, but of quite the opposite. IT IS AN INCORRECT COMMERCIAL PRACTICE, for 20 euros they put their reputation on the line which obviously, for themselves first of all, is worth little more than that. Never again
