★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was appalling. Was sat outside with no waiter attending after being seated. I had to physically go inside and order after waiting for 20 minutes. I also had to do the same when asking to pay for the bill. The restaurant wasn't busy either.
They charge a service charge of 2 euros per person. I had kindly asked lady at the counter if she could waiver that cost because I did not receive satisfactory service. She replied "but you got your food didn't you?" She then went on to saying "if you do not pay the service charge, I will call the police"
I don't understand why she had gotten so angry so quickly and making threats to call the police over a €4 service charge. So I just paid and left. Never returning there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ordering was difficult in English. When I asked for English our server just went no and walked away. After I got the pizza after a relatively short time. I was happy I didn't take too long but only to find out that the pizza dough was just raw. Overall a very mediocre place which you would acpect to have better standards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pizza was decent and came quickly. The service was poor and started with the seating, which took forever. Drinks were left empty and many times it seem like the servers did know which table to deliver the pizza. Easy fixes as the location and food were decent.
