The performed rapid test on me which was fault
It came out positive and I was a tourist
They refused to perform another test even though I insisted
But they were keen on performing a pcr which costed 110 euro
The female assistant who performs the tests was unneceptable in her behaviour
She was texting all the time in her mobile phone and wasn’t paying attention
I had a rapid test on another pharmacy and took it again to be sure and it was negative
If it was up to them I would be stuck in Milano for 7 days quarantine with no money
If I had more time in Milano I would for sure go to the police to make a complaint

My friend did the rapid test here, she was waiting more than 1 hour the result, so we missed the last train. The workers ignored that and didn’t even want to listen to us. At the end they said that they just loose it and that’s why she didn’t have the test on time,they refused to give money back… Hope you will improve your service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rapid COVID tests are available here but in limited hours.... normal days until 1400 and holidays until 1200... cost was €25... I showed up at just before 1300 and got into the line and shortly after they put the sign up saying they closed for COVID tests.. the wait to test was about 1 hour and the results were about 15 minutes wait... good luck!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stood in line here for a rapid covid test. The weather was freezing and about 40 people were in line before us. After 1½ hour in queue, feeling like popsicle, they announced "no more tests today". The clock was no more than 12.30. What a total and utter disgrace and a prime example of awful lack of service. People for very angry, but apparently it was pretty normal procedure to just cancel testing at some random hour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience in the very last day in Italy. I waited for 45 min outside just for the print out of the COVID results ! The man who is responsible was so aggressive with me, very rude and disrespectful.
Not expecting that way of treatment after I paid 110 euros for the test !!!.
They wrote the issuing number of my passport in the test report instead of passport number, he refused to fix it and said to me ( you go go ), what a disrespectful way of treatment , what a rude !!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was in line just before 8am when they opened. I paid 25 euros since I had no health card. They gave me a form in English to fill out, and I carried it to the tester in a tent outside, who tested me and asked for my passport. They came back in ten minutes with travel documents. A very professional process that took about 30 minutes total despite their being somewhat busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy and seamless process for a rapid antigen test that we needed in order to fly home to the US the next day. Weekday hours are 8am-8pm; we arrived around 9am and there was no line. Go inside to pay for the test at the pharmacy counter (25 euro per rapid antigen test) and they give you a form to fill out. Take completed form to wooden shed outside (behind pharmacy) and show identification (e.g., passport) and they administer the test right there. Wait 10-15 minutes for the results (printed test results form + European green pass) and you’re on your way!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tests cost 25 euros. Don't expect the results in 10 minutes. Maybe around 30. There is a queue most probably, so come early enough. You get the printed certified documents. I have doubts about the testing environment, there is a booth without door, the tests are next to each other on a table, I believe it has a high contamination risk. I hope you test negative :)
