★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a huge store since 50s and located in the biggest shopping street of Milan. There are wide range of perfume from all famous brands. The staffs are also helpful.
There are often events and make up class here. Also You are able to ask advices for skincare from them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My worst Douglas experience ever. They are very rude here. I had to wait in order to get anyone’s attention. So I started looking at the testers myself, but they yelled at me saying I can’t have a look myself!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible service - the brunette, south Asian woman was incredibly rude and should absolutely be fired because she is a complete embarrassment to the Douglas brand. Maybe try doing back of the house work, because clearly dealing with customers is not your forte!!! I have never written a bad review because everyone has their bad days but her horrible attitude was more than enough to warrant this.
