Prendere un appuntamento in filiale è semplicemente impossibile. Visto il livello di servizio ho deciso di chiudere il conto ma non riesco a contattare la mia banca per farlo. The number of this branch never answers. If you ask to speak to an operator, the Unicredit general call center says to try again later. Making an appointment at the branch is simply impossible. Given the level of service I have decided to close my account but I cannot contact my bank to do so.

Fatta richiesta di surroga di mutuo a Marzo 2021 e a documenti totalmente consegnati la domanda è andata in scadenza non si sa per quale motivo. Essendo cointestatario del mutuo con mio padre di 77 anni che vive in provincia di Latina, ogni qual volta che bisognava firmare un documento, mio padre andava in banca. Peccato che continuavano a sbagliare i documenti da fargli firmare, così mio padre si è dovuto recare in banca a 77 anni per circa 7/8 volte. A settembre 2021, la mia pratica inspiegabilmente è andata in scadenza così invio nuovamente le ultime 3 buste paga. A fine novembre il perito viene a casa a fare la perizia e la pratica finalmente viene consegnata alla sede centrale. A dicembre mi arriva una mail dalla filiale con la richiesta di aprire il conto e da li il silenzio. Il 14 gennaio 2022, esattamente 10 mesi dopo, mi chiama la nuova direttrice che mi comunica che per cambiamenti di policy aziendali, la mia domanda di surroga non può essere accettata perché ora Unicredit non accetta più richieste con un debito residuo di mutuo al di sotto dei 100 mila euro. Quasi un anno sprecato dietro questi ladri e incompetenti autorizzati dallo stato. Dovete fallire. A branch that is embarrassing to say the least, like all of Unicredit. They were so rude and require dozens of documents, which I believe that they are not needed. To specify, they ask: _ Codice Fiscale _ Permesso di soggiorno _ Certificato di residenza _ Carta d'identità _ TESSERA SANITARIA _ Busta paga Please, why do you even need a heath card to open a bank account? Terrible customer service.
