Fine fase 1 dell’emergenza Covid: sapendo già che di questi tempi la speculazione avrà il sopravvento sulla serietà, mi reco per comprare le più semplici mascherine da chirurgo.
Con fare sprezzante mi dicono che hanno solo le mascherine FFP2 e accetto di comprarne 2 a 6€ al pezzo. Solo il dottore da cui mi reco in visita mi conferma che mi hanno venduto una mascherina da 0,20€, ovviamente non FFP2.
NON MERITANO LA FIDUCIA DEL CLIENTE.

End of phase 1 of the Covid emergency: already knowing that speculation will prevail over seriousness these days, I go to buy the simplest surgeon masks.
In a dismissive way they tell me that they only have the FFP2 masks and I agree to buy 2 for € 6 per piece. Only the doctor where I go to visit confirms to me that I have sold a template from 0.20 €, obviously not FFP2.
THEY DO NOT DESERVE THE CUSTOMER'S TRUST.

Exceptional pharmacy, very well stocked and helpful staff. Doctor Karim very well prepared, speaks Arabic and helps us a lot to find medicines, including foreign ones
