β β β β β Ordinato del ghiaccio secco da portarmi in hotel , pagato quasi 10 euro due buste , che non facevano proprio nulla di freddo . Il peggio ghiaccio istantaneo ad alto prezzo ,in piΓΉ il ritardo della consegna . Terribile esperienza!!
Ordered some dry ice to take me to the hotel, paid almost 10 euros for two bags, which did nothing cold at all. The worst high-priced instant ice, plus the delay in delivery. Terrible experience !!

β β β β β Ho trovato una farmacia con persone preparate e attente! Personale e persone sono due concetti sinonimi, ma a volte sul lavoro purtroppo distanti. In questa farmacia no, qui mi sono sentita davvero ascoltata! Complimenti, si vede che amate tanto il lavoro che fate!

β β β β β Pessima servizio. Ordino una crema e il ragatto mi dice disponibile nel pomeriggio. Torno alle 17 e mi dice no disponibile da domani. Ok, nessun problema, bassa affidabilitΓ mafa niente. Il giorno dopo ero di passaggio entro senza mascherina (premesso che Γ¨ il 30 Marzo a 2 giorni dalla rimozione dell'obbligo) il farmacista sembrava che avesse visto un alieno, si metta la mascherina non puΓ² stare qui... e cosa fa, prende una mascherina e mi dice se la metta subito (a parte che potevo uscire e tornare dopo, ma forse era troppo difficile arrivarci per lui). Cmq la metto e mi dice 80 centesimi.... nessun problema, non sono gli 80 centesimi, ma prima di darmela poteva chiedere no? magari sarei passato dopo... e tutto questo per ritirare solo un prodotto quando la farmacia era vuota? Che posso commentare? Certo l'obbligo c'era ma un briciolo di cervello e di praticitΓ credo che nella vita aiuti...
Bad service. I order a cream and the ragatto tells me available in the afternoon. I come back at 17 and he says no, available from tomorrow. Ok, no problem, low reliability but it does nothing. The next day I was passing by without a mask (assuming that it is March 30, 2 days after the removal of the obligation) the pharmacist seemed to have seen an alien, put on the mask, he can't stay here ... and what does he do, take a mask and tells me if he put it on immediately (except that I could go out and come back later, but maybe it was too difficult for him to get there). Anyway I put it on and it tells me 80 cents .... no problem, it's not 80 cents, but before giving it to me, you could have asked no? maybe I would have come later ... and all this to collect only one product when the pharmacy was empty? What can I comment on? Of course there was an obligation but a shred of brain and practicality I think it helps in life ...

β β β β β I had to get a COVID rapid test for travel purposes. Irene and the other lady performing the test were very understanding when I told them that I sometimes struggle with these tests. They did their best to make the process as efficient as possible with very minimal discomfort involved and the test results were delivered quickly. Highly recommend this pharmacy if you're flying out of Milan. Grazie signore!

Had to take Covid test before flying home. It took them about 2 hours to process 7 people. My result came positive which meant I would have to self-isolate somewhere in Milan over Christmas. I was farily sure it was a mistake, so I went to another pharmacy, took the test again which was negative. Flew home, took a PCR test - negative. I have no idea how it happened, but I honestly think this pharmacy issued the wrong report. It was an absolutely awful experience....
