Il personale è estremamente preparato e gentile.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho appena chiamato per chiedere informazioni relative ad una situazione Covid (una rassicurazione in realtà, viste le recenti modifiche al decreto). Mentre stavo spiegando la problematica, la farmacista mi ha appeso il telefono in faccia (non penso sia saltata la linea, quando ho richiamato il telefono poi suonava a vuoto). Dal momento che ATS non risponde, speravo che almeno un professionista del settore potesse aiutarmi, grazie non penso vi disturberò ancora.
I just called to ask for information about a Covid situation (a reassurance actually, given the recent changes to the decree). While I was explaining the problem, the pharmacist hung the phone in my face (I don't think the line went off, when I called back the phone then it rang empty). Since ATS is not responding, I was hoping that at least one professional in the sector could help me, thanks I don't think I will disturb you again.
