On the 6th of November, my husband and I took rapid tests here. A pharmacist made us to wait for 50 minutes, because she didn't know how to handle our ITALIAN diplomatic documents. After 30 minutes, we asked quietly, when they would be ready (because we had a check-out from our hotel at 12). But, instead of answer and apologies, we got a dose of RUDENESS. Three people in this pharmacy (2 pharmacists and 1 old Italian visitor) began to scream at us.
We are not refugees here, we are public sector workers, and I ask you to respect other folks. All the abusive behaviour I meet ONLY in Italy.
And I would like to ask the younger pharmacist to admit your faults, because finally you generated the Green Passes, but it took 50 minutes for you. In this case, consequently, it was only your fault, and we didn't get any apologies.

Your answer on my e-mail is absolutely lack of professionalism.
You don't "make me a favour" by taking covid-tests, you just do your work, according to the rules of the authorities of your country.
Speaking about "boomerang negativo" is not appropriate in formal speech, but it seems funny, I face such an informal behaviour between a seller and a buyer for the first time.
Thus, you and your pharmacy earn money on tests, and IT IS NORMAL, it is just YOUR JOB. Just do it properly.
