★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apparentemente personale gentile e professionale. Ma in realtà sono molto commercianti e prestano poco interesse a quello che chiede il cliente. Sono entrata una volta a chiedere un medicinale da banco, spigando le mie patologie e sono riusciti a rifilarmi un medicinale che assolutamente non dovrei prendere. L'ho scoperto leggendo il bugiardino a casa.
La seconda volta ho chiesto delle gocce naturali di un marchio preciso e non avendo quel marchio me ne hanno proposto un'altro dicendo che ha le stesse proprietà. Peccato non sia affatto vero. Anche questo l'ho scoperto una volta arrivata a casa e aver parlato con il medico. Ritengo che se un farmacista sa di non avere il medicinale richiesto non debba per forza convincere il cliente a prendere qualsiasi altra cosa pur di vendere . Io non so nulla di medicina, però mi aspetto che un farmacista ne sappia più di me.
Apparently friendly and professional staff. But in reality they are very traders and pay little attention to what the customer asks for. I went in once to ask for a counter medicine, explaining my pathologies and they managed to give me a medicine that I absolutely shouldn't take. I found out by reading the leaflet at home.
The second time I asked for natural drops of a specific brand and not having that brand they proposed another one saying that it has the same properties. Sin is not true at all. I also found this once I got home and talked to the doctor. I believe that if a pharmacist knows that he does not have the required medicine he does not necessarily have to convince the customer to take anything else to sell. I don't know anything about medicine, but I expect a pharmacist to know more about it than I do.
