★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not honor the Nike return policy. We bought the shoes the day before and they are unworn. They did not allow a return. Only store credit and only at that particular store. They might as well say all sales are final.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty design. Generally my favorite sports clothes store after Adidas but the weird thing is that sometimes Footlocker has a bigger variety of sizes in Nike Shoes that the Nike store has.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They do not take online returns 'because they are a franchise', I was told to go to Nike Factory Store Milano Scalo- however there I was told the same... pure waste of time, and besides that they have very few shoe sizes in stock.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am on vacation and needed a new pair of sneakers immediately, and since I have been a loyal customer to Nike for years I tracked down the closest one. I went into the Nike store tonight at 8.50 PM on Via Torino, 21, 20123 Milano Italy. I asked the first sales associate where can I find women shoes only to get a response " Upstairs but we close in 5 mins." So I said I wont take long I know my size etc since I have been purchasing Nike for over 8 years. I proceeded to go upstairs however by the second stairs I was stopped by another associate that said with his arms stretched across the the railings (preventing me from moving up the stairs) " Sorry we close in 5 minutes" at this point I was so upset I just left..I felt humiliated and disappointed that no one tried to help me it was all about closing time. I felt like clearly Nike does not want the sale or my business..why keep the doors open then just close at 8.50 pm if you are unwilling to help your customers..honestly I am going to shop around when I get back to the U.S...maybe Adidas or Puma might appreciate my business..
