E	Emanuele Scaduto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Qualche tempo fa ho acquistato presso questo negozio un paio di Dr.Martens, ma alla prima pioggia ho riscontrato che dalla punta entrava dell’acqua, chiamai allora per un eventuale reso/sostituzione del prodotto chiaramente difettoso e mi fu detto che non c’era problema, e che avrei potuto riportarle in negozio. Una volta da loro però la versione era completamente diversa. Non era possibile sostituire il prodotto, la scarpa non era visibilmente danneggiata e quindi la mia unica alternativa era sentire l’assistenza Dr. Martens... che ho oltretutto chiamato per sentirmi dire che non avevano nulla a che fare con i rivenditori e che mi era stata detta una cavolata. Alla fine ho speso 190 euro per un paio di anfibi che non posso utilizzare quando piove. Complimenti Some time ago I bought a couple of Dr. Martens at this shop, but at the first rain I found that water entered the tip, so I called for a possible return / replacement of the clearly defective product and I was told that there was no problem, and that I could bring them back to the shop. Once upon a time, however, the version was completely different. It was not possible to replace the product, the shoe was not visibly damaged and therefore my only alternative was to hear Dr. Martens assistance ... which I also called to be told that they had nothing to do with dealers and that I bullshit had been said. In the end I spent 190 euros for a couple of amphibians that I can't use when it rains. Congratulations

Ci sono alcuni commessi assolutamente non tagliati per quel lavoro, ma per fortuna c'è un ragazzo sui 25 anni, lineamenti asiatici, che è bravissimo. Davvero gentile. Per colpa sua ho comprato l'ennesimo paio di stivali. Lasciate in mano a lui il negozio e sicuramente andrà meglio! It depends on who you need. There are some salesmen who are absolutely not cut out for that job, but luckily there is a boy of about 25, with Asian features, who is very good. Really kind. Because of him, I bought yet another pair of boots. Leave the shop to him and it will certainly get better!

Ammettere i propri errori è sempre un merito, specialmente al giorno d'oggi. Mi hanno riparato le scarpe e tutto è andato per il verso giusto. Un solo suggerimento: manderei una comunicazione all'azienda Soldini perché è comunque inconcepibile che scarpe nuove si rovinino con il minimo utilizzo. I rectify my previous assessment. Just one suggestion: I would send a communication to the Soldini company because it is still inconceivable that new shoes get damaged with minimal use.
O	Olya Dmitrievskaya on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly NOT recommended!!! An old woman calling herself a chief in this shop was extremely rude and mean to me today when I came to exchange my pair of shoes. I tried to wear shoes outside but couldn’t make even few steps. At home I tried to make myself comfortable in it but didn’t work either. So I came to exchange sandals but turned out I cannot exchange it for my money. I asked to exchange for another pair of shoes but this mean “chief” accused me of wearing it and blamed for not taking a box. Which is not an issue to me cuz shop has my box. She was throwing sandals to me so I take it back!!! For women it’s not easy to choose summer footwear. Especially when skin is sensitive and irritating fast. It’s my fault that I didn’t make sure it’s comfortable enough to me in the shop itself. I was in huge hurry. But still I didn’t expect such rudeness from that wicked woman calling herself chief. She didn’t let me talk to owner or manager either. €200 spent, she could be more flexible in this case! My experience here was extremely disappointing unfortunately I cannot recommend.
