Una venditrice così efficace da lasciare un segno indelebile nella mia memoria: di certo non metterò più piede nei negozi della catena. Complimenti a chi fa formazione e alla proprietà, di certo la maleducazione paga in termini di fatturato. Consiglio di entrare con le idee chiare, se proprio non avete alternative in zona, ed ordinare specificamente ciò che serve, se non volete trovare sorprese alla cassa. A cheeky and rude employee. Adoro qualsiasi prodotto dell'Alto Adige, ma purtroppo il pane era molto crudo dentro, addirittura appiccicaticcio, e ciò ha rovinato tutto perché il sapore sarebbe stato ottimo, mentre la torta di grano saraceno non era fresca per niente, molto secca e quindi assolutamente non paragonabile a quella che ricordavo sul posto. Ci tornerei per vedere se magari trovando il pane cotto al punto giusto e la torta fresca sarei soddisfatta, ma il prezzo è decisamente troppo alto per me (sia il pane sia la torta pagati € 7,90 al kg!). Peccato... Aggiungo: tagliando il pane a metà, contiene addirittura grumi di farina fresca non lievitata, spero sia un caso perché nemmeno un principiante panificherebbe così. Mi spiace che io non riesca ad allegare la foto, parlerebbe da sola! Entered today for the first time and was somewhat disappointed. L	Livia Ge on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ don't understand why the rate of this lovely place is so low, northern Italian style backery, actually quite similar with German style, love it absolutely, they have so many types of dessert and also tons of breads, all looks amazing and tasty! found out this place just few weeks ago, tried sweet brezel and today got a cake both delicious, also price is amazing considering it's near duomo , a piece of cake costs only 3 euro! will come back to try everything for sure!
