★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I tried on a pair of sneakers, really liked them and wanted to buy them. Then I saw a flaw in one of the laces (it was damaged and couldn't be properly fixed). I asked the employee to change the laces with another size (same pair of shoes ofcourse). She had to ask her manager (?) and came back telling me it was not possible to change the laces. They told me they could not because a future customer would have the same problem.
I left and found them happily cheaper elsewhere online.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know why reviewers are saying it is "reasonably priced". A north face 700 fill down jacket that I bought for usd 120 is priced at 250 euro. Even other jackets and shoes are expensive. Selection is very limited. Wouldn't go here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cool concept store with a low pressure vibe and friendly staff. Has some juice/alcohol available and a limited selection of bites to eat. Very reasonable prices and some very tasty beer selections. A giant wall of shoes and a light selection of more unseen, eclectic pieces of brand name clothing (Nike, adidas, north face, etc).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in and the two employees didn’t even say hello to me but continued to talk to each other like they were on vacation. So I approach them getting close and look at them but I had to ask them if they worked there cause they didn’t consider me at all. Once I asked was more polite, the other replied visibly annoyed withmono syllables. Little attention and maximum rudeness.
