Ok che siamo in tempo di pandemia ma che la commessa pretendesse che un bimbo di 19 mesi stesse fermo come uno spaventapasseri senza che nemmeno potesse toccare una scarpa in esposizione o uno sgabello, tra l'altro dopo avergli fatto igienizzare le mani all'ingresso e dopo aver permesso a solo uno dei genitori di entrare, mi sembra allucinante: forse sarebbe meglio per tutti che andasse a vendere scarpe da adulti. L'altra commessa presente era decisamente più gentile. Il prodotto non si discute ma di certo d'ora in poi mi limiterò a guardare la vetrina senza entrare nel caso in cui scorga "l'antipatica" commessa. Infine devo ricredermi sul livello di preparazione del personale della nota azienda, a tutti i livelli: in negozio mi è stato detto che il modello Venus VL fosse stato sostituito quest'anno dal Salazar VL; il supporto clienti dell'azienda via Amazon mi ha risposto che a parte un dettaglio stilistico sono uguali (di fatto, tranne che per un numerino di 3 cifre in rosso, risultano identiche); il supporto clienti del sito ufficiale via mail mi ha risposto che il Salazar VL è più indicato nei bambini che iniziano a camminare visto che offre un supporto maggiore nel tallone. Sembra la risposta più verosimile e che meglio si sposa con la descrizione dei vari modelli presenti sul sito internet ma, forse, occorrerebbe maggiore chiarezza. The other saleswoman present was much nicer. The product is not discussed but certainly from now on I will limit myself to looking at the window without going in if I see the "unpleasant" order. Finally, I must change my mind about the level of preparation of the staff of the well-known company, at all levels: in the shop I was told that the Venus VL model had been replaced this year by the Salazar VL; the company's customer support via Amazon replied that apart from a stylistic detail they are the same (in fact, except for a 3-digit number in red, they are identical); the customer support of the official website by email replied that the Salazar VL is more suitable for children who are starting to walk as it offers greater support in the heel. It seems the most likely answer and which best fits the description of the various models on the website but, perhaps, more clarity would be needed.

Grandi esperti di scarpe per bambini, vi vengono scarpe che per dimensioni "userete pe almeno 3 mesi, difficilmente arriverete a 6" e dovete invece cambiare dopo un mese. Posto che nostro figlio non è un gigante... È successo 2 volte di seguito. Sòle Beware, they tend to fragment you. Da quasi 10 anni compro li le scarpe per le mie figlie che devono portare plantari correttivi e non solo le scarpe tengono benissimo il piede e la caviglia, ma le commesse non hanno mai sbagliato a consigliare la scarpa più giusta per i piedi delle mie figlie provando e riprovando le scarpe fino a trovare quella giusta con una pazienza infinita. Nonostante fossi l’unica cliente, è stata molto frettolosa e poco avvezza alla conversione in vendita. Si trattava di un cambio merce, avevo già acquistato. Un consiglio in più, soprattutto dato in modo gentile ed opportuno, avrebbe incrementato l’importo e sicuramente fidelizzata come cliente. Cosa che purtroppo non è avvenuta.
