Ho chiesto di farmi uno sconto, doveroso, mi hanno scontato 5€, dicendomi che ho chiesto una cosa difficile (una french? in un salone?). Per concludere mi dicono pagamento solo contanti, al mio rifiuto è magicamente spuntato il pos da sotto la scrivania.
Ho rimosso il gel dopo 4 giorni, le mie unghie sono devastate, sottilissime, molli, non potrò fare manicure per mesi.
Incompetenti e furbi. Una vergogna da denuncia.
After three hours I asked to stop and I went out with ruined hands, a very thick gel and an unwatchable nail art.
I asked for a discount, I had to pay 5 €, telling me that I asked for a difficult thing (a French? In a salon?). Finally, they tell me I only pay cash, my refusal has magically popped up under my desk.
I removed the gel after 4 days, my nails are devastated, very thin, soft, I won't be able to do manicure for months.
Incompetent and smart. A shame from denunciation.
