β β β β β Absolutely disaster. Unprofessional staff. Wasted 2 hours of my time. I showed a picture with the hairstyle I wanted however they could not do it. And the job done is terrible. They donβt even know simple techniques. Also overpriced comparing to other salons. Do not recommend.

β β β β β Best haircut ever but an issue afterwards (update: it is solved)... They are very caring, kind and professional. I have to tell that I got the best haircut so far and left extremely happy with my new look.
One day later, when I washed my hair (it was blow dried), I recognised that a small modification is needed at the back side. Of course, how could I possibly understand it before with a fancy blow dried style? When I told them, they asked for full service payment again. Because one day passed. I think it is not fair to ask for full charge for a little touch just one day later.
Probably they think that I was a tourist. But I live here and I was looking for a Parrucchieri to regularly go.
I will give 5 stars for now, to thank for the very good experience and great job that Christian did. But I will think about it...
Update: After visiting the salon, they immediately took care of the small adjustment on the style. Now it is beyond perfect! :) Thank you so much!!

β β β β β I am naturally a light ash blonde with long straight hair, and I got a haircut with fringe and a half head of foil highlights. My Italian is at a very poor level so I requested to have a staff member who could speak English and Marco was AMAZING! Love, love, love! The cut was very well done and the highlights were an awesome colour and very well blended (very natural looking)! It was exactly what I was looking for. Marco if you ever come to Vancouver, let me know.. would definitely go back.

β β β β β Thank you Filippo! I had done balayage a week ago in a different salon in NYC. It was a disaster with weird streaks through my hair. I walked into this salon and asked if they could fix it, make it look more natural and blended in. Filippo was able to fix it, and also gave me a gorgeous blowout. The salon itself is clean and close to the Duomo. I made an appointment via Instagram and they were very responsive.
Thank you + will come back again!

β β β β β I have curly hair and I got my balayage done here. I am very happy with the results. I've coloured my hair two times from here now. I had good experience both times. I got a great service even though I do not speak Italian. Gianmarco was very professional and helped me to choose the colour. He did a great job in making my curls look great The staffs are very friendly and provide good service. . I would recommend very much.

β β β β β I booked an appointment for the same day and was assigned to Emanuele who toned down my blonde highlights that were too light to my liking. I loved the color which was very natural, hairstyling on point, and we did a treatment to make my hair look more glossy since it was very damaged. Very professional, would highly recommend.
