S	Sherif Gamal on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Sales person who helped me to sign a contract didn’t explain to me well (as i am not Italian) that i will need a medical report and that will cost more 49€ to join the GYM and after paying the membership -which is already too expensive for only couple of months- i said it’s already expensive and i was not told before and that i want to cancel , then they said i will lose 39€ activation fees !!

When I first signed the contract, the management said its only for 3 months, but after 3 months they told the contract is not over and it will last until August. Im not paying anymore, I dont care as I am coming back to my country anyways, but other people please be careful this is the way Virgin treats its consumer. Of course there are also thousands of other problems, but mentioning all of them would take hours.

A	Ariana ashurov on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad clienteling and customer service. Miscommunication (or better lack of proper communication) to the customer about accesses (friends pass and terrace). Definitely not a "high end" gym. When you pay an average fee of 100euro a month, you expect the minimum of courtesy and flexibility. Treats its customers as if they are doing them a favor.

G	Giovanni De Nardo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ expensive and very crowded. they do not have a swimming pool, no Jacuzzi, and the relax area is just so small and poor! you have many better options in Milan and they are definitely cheaper. i definitely suggest to have a look around instead

As soon as you go downstairs where all the equipment is, you will realize how dense is the displacement of the machines and how little the space compared to the number of stuff they put there. In the afternoon it is almost impossible to find a machine at which you have not to queue. Most of the crowd is polite and will 'allow' you to switch. The worst part is male locker room: at the entrance you will be welcomed by a strong and persistent stink of sewage, probably due to the bad design of the toilets. Most lockers are reserved. Showers area is generally dirty. Last, but not least, the hygienic conditions of the sweatrooms and the sorrounding area of the sauna are seriously underestimated as you are getting the smells of various body fluids. There is a 'guard' acting as security here to go around the locker rooms and the sauna-sweatroom area. The presence of a guard tells a lot about the crowd using this gym. It would be much nicer if the resources to hire a 'guard' (in a gym?) could be used to hire additional cleaning staff to bring the gym at a reasonable state. In general, this gym does not match the price and the level of expectation for such an expensive rate. It is just an average gym left back in the 80s with a 'cool' front desk that is the only reason why I am giving the second star.
